CDL means Construction Development Lab where it is the sixth in the world aims to promote construction efficiency by adapting innovative solutions to better meet Malaysian construction and building needs. This lab helps architects, developers, engineers and others to participate in the development and testing of new ideas and solutions in concrete technology

Parking facilities are an integrated component of the roadway system. Underground car park is more dangerous than open car park when it comes to fire control. For example,  Car fire in underground car park should it happened deals not only with synthetic fire but also potential explosive environment. Vehicle fire in enclosed environment posed a problem for evacuation as well as search and rescue operation not to mentioned location of fire source of origin with rapid heat and smoke propagation.
